We are excited to announce the addition of six brand-new construction homes to our rental portfolio, all located in Canton and Pearl. The new properties include 110 Madisonville Dr, 116 Madisonville Dr, 132 Madisonville, 548 Patrick Farms, 556 Patrick Farms and 573 Patrick Farms. Each home offers modern finishes, stainless steel appliances, fenced yards, spacious layouts, and the comfort of a newly built residence. 

These homes feature a mix of three-bedroom, four-bedroom and five-bedroom floor plans, all with two bathrooms. The properties at Patrick Farms Drive also offer the added benefit of being in a beautiful golf course community with on-site pool.
